L. Alyssa Chen represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, with a focus on intellectual property disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She previously worked as an associate for an American international law firm in San Francisco while serving as co-chair of the firm’s San Francisco Minority Associates Group.

While attending law school, Ms. Chen served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Before pursuing her law degree, Ms. Chen served as a JusticeCorps member, providing legal information and assistance with legal paperwork to self-represented litigants.
