Kyrie Graziosi focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, as well as other disputes and investigations in the financial services industry.  She regularly represents companies, financial institutions, broker-dealers, and swap dealers in regulatory enforcement actions and investigations before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and self-regulatory organizations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Graziosi was an associate at another global law firm in New York.
