Krupa Patel is an intellectual property litigator who advises clients on disputes ranging from antibody technology to trademark infringement of brands in the luxury space. She brings her passion for technology and background in physiology and pharmacology to advise clients before the courts of England & Wales in high-profile cases that have included non-invasive methods of testing illnesses, second medical use patents and the production of human antibodies using transgenic mice. Ms. Patel’s global perspective is brought to bear for clients in her coordination work where she ensures that clients’ litigation and commercial strategy are aligned across numerous jurisdictions including national courts in Europe, Asia and the US.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Patel was a paralegal in the global IP practice of a magic circle law firm and a legal analyst at another international law firm.
