Kim Do focuses her practice on complex intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at another multinational law firm as a litigation associate, where she worked on trade secret and patent infringement cases as well as class action and data privacy litigation cases. She previously clerked for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
