Kelly Burrowes focuses her practice on complex intellectual property matters with a particular focus on trademarks and patents. She was previously a senior paralegal at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Burrowes was a law clerk and solicitor at a corporate law firm in New Zealand.

Experience

    • Representing a large-scale implementer in multi trial SEP/FRAND litigation, including validity, infringement, essentiality, non-compliance, FRAND rates, licensing negotiations and antitrust issues.
    • Coordinating and prosecuting global trademark portfolios for large scale clients in the food and beverage, tobacco, and sporting goods industries.
