Kellie Shlifer focuses her practice on a broad range of complex securities litigation and enforcement matters. Ms. Shlifer has represented clients in enforcement proceedings before a number of regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shlifer completed summer externships with the Honorable James V. Selna of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and with the Honorable Edith B. Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She also worked as a legal office assistance at the Law Office of H. Brooks Travis.
