Kate Thoreson represents clients facing interactions with regulators, investigations and litigation in the energy, environment and natural resources space.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Thoreson worked at another firm as an associate where she represented clients in a range of complex commercial, environmental and product liability matters, as well as internal investigations. She also worked as a clinical student at Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute where she represented indigent defendants from pre-arraignment to the trial date and investigated crime scenes, interviewed witnesses and developed evidentiary records.
