Justin Taleisnik focuses his practice on complex litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Taleisnik clerked for the Honorable Eric D. Miller of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable John H. Chun of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. During law school, Mr. Taleisnik served as an editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and a clinic student for the University of Chicago’s Abrams Environmental Law Clinic. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Eric Posner, focusing his research on administrative law and antitrust law. Before law school, Mr. Taleisnik worked on privacy and legal issues at a large technology company.
