Julian Beach counsels clients through all stages of government investigations, enforcement actions, appeals and settlement. He also litigates matters involving the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, foreign sovereign immunity, and discovery in aid of foreign proceedings, both in federal court and before international tribunals. Additionally, Mr. Beach is active in pro bono immigration and asylum matters and assists with appeals before state supreme courts, federal courts of appeals, and the US Supreme Court. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Beach was an associate at a national law firm in New York and at a California law firm in Los Angeles. He clerked for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and served as a legal extern for the Honorable Sidney Stein of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, Mr. Beach worked as an analyst for a management consultant company in California.

Mr. Beach also has political experience. He served with the Biden-Harris Transition Team and on the Biden campaign, where he participated in a foreign policy working group and volunteered as a voter protection attorney.
