Julia Fox has broad experience representing clients in bid protests and other government contracts disputes before the Government Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, federal agencies, and state tribunals. She also counsels a wide range of clients in connection with various procurement issues, including data rights, procurement integrity, handling of sensitive information, fraud and the False Claims Act. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fox was a counsel in a government contracts practice at another international law firm. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael O’Keefe of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the Honorable Rosemary Collyer of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
