Julia Bell focuses her practice on securities enforcement and litigation matters. Ms. Bell has experience representing individual and corporate clients in a range of civil and criminal investigations, including matters involving allegations of fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy, corruption, money laundering and destruction of evidence. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Bell was an associate at an international law firm in Washington DC.

During law school, Ms. Bell worked as an ethics law and programs division law clerk for the Office of General Counsel to the Department of Commerce. She was previously a project assistant at a multinational law firm in DC and worked as a field manager for former Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler’s gubernatorial campaign.
