Julia Bell represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation and enforcement matters and criminal and civil investigations. 

Ms. Bell also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration and reproductive rights.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Bell was an associate at an international law firm in Washington DC. During law school, Ms. Bell worked as an ethics law and programs division law clerk for the Office of General Counsel to the Department of Commerce. She was previously a project assistant at an international law firm in DC and worked as a field manager for former Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler’s gubernatorial campaign.
