J.P. Mohler

J.P. Mohler is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional law matters, including formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mohler was a summer associate focusing on technology transactions and data, privacy and cybersecurity for a law firm in New York, NY and London, UK. During the summer of 2018, Mr. Mohler was a Google Policy Fellow in Washington DC where he researched technology policy and SEC crypto issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Mohler worked as a software developer for technology startups in the Washington DC area. Mr. Mohler’s entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding blockchain and mobile apps.
