Josué Guerra focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. 

Prior to rejoining in 2024, Mr. Guerra served as a law clerk for the Honorable Beth Bloom for the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before his clerkship, he was an associate and summer associate at WilmerHale. He previously worked as a law intern in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a law clinic intern in the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. While in law school, Mr. Guerra worked as a legal analyst for the Eviction Moratorium Project and a law intern in the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the Appeals, Writs and Trials Section, Criminal Division of the California Department of Justice. 

Mr. Guerra served in the US Army and US Army Reserve as an intelligence soldier and an infantry officer. His awards include the Bronze Star, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, the Expert Infantryman’s Badge and the Ranger Tab.
