Josué Guerra focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Mr. Guerra began his career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2020. Prior to rejoining the firm, he worked as a law intern in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a law clinic intern in the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. He previously worked as a legal analyst for the Eviction Moratorium Project and a law intern in the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the Appeals, Writs and Trials Section, Criminal Division of the California Department of Justice. 

Mr. Guerra served in the US Army and Army Reserve as an intelligence soldier and an infantry officer. His awards and commendations include the Bronze Star, the Expert Infantryman’s Badge, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge and the Ranger Tab.
