Joss Berteaud focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He has worked on a number of DOJ and SEC enforcement matters, including in a large, multinational FCPA investigation.

Mr. Berteaud began his career at the firm as a summer associate in 2016. From 2018 to 2019, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

During law school, Mr. Berteaud was a student attorney for Law Students in Court, where he represented low-income tenants in negotiations with landlords and in eviction cases. He also interned for the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
