Jonathan Wright focuses his practice on antitrust and competition counseling, investigations, and litigation. He has experience across a broad array of industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer goods, and retail.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wright was a staff attorney in the Mergers IV Division of the Federal Trade Commission, where he represented the agency during its challenges in Thomas Jefferson University/Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and Hackensack Meridian Health/Englewood Healthcare Foundation.
