John W. Rockwell

John Rockwell works closely with early-stage and late-stage companies on a wide variety of corporate-related matters. He advises founders and companies on entity formation, venture capital, equity and debt financings and related transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. In addition, Mr. Rockwell represents both US and international-based investors in a range of financing and investment transactions, together in other strategic matters. His work with international-based founders and companies involves advising on corporate restructures, cross-border financings and acquisitions—matters which he also provides presentations on to various early-stage company groups both locally and abroad throughout the year.
Mr. Rockwell is a member of the California Bar Association and American Bar Association.
