Jessica Notebaert regularly represents broker-dealers and other market participants in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions involving the federal securities laws, self-regulatory organization rules and regulations, and state securities laws. She frequently represents clients in securities matters before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Department of Justice, FINRA, the Massachusetts Securities Division and other states securities regulators, and the securities exchanges.

Ms. Notebaert also has extensive experience conducting internal reviews of compliance issues, including advising clients on policies, procedures, and controls intended to ensure compliance with the securities rules and regulations, and advising on self-reporting questions. 

Ms. Notebaert joins the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She has also worked as an analyst at a boutique litigation firm in New York City and Washington DC.
