Jerry Salvatore is a litigator focusing on complex intellectual property matters for clients in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, the banking industry and cloud computing.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Salvatore was a law clerk for the Honorable Sharon Prost of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Previously, he was an associate at another law firm in New York where he represented clients in district court and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. He has prepared complaints, discovery requests and dispute letters, claim construction briefs, invalidity and infringement contentions, motions and more. Mr. Salvatore also has experience with inventor interviews and preparing experts and inventors for depositions, taking depositions and arguing in Court.
