Jeff Myers is a senior associate who has represented clients in a variety of investigative, litigation and transactional matters. With a focus on public companies, financial institutions and media and technology companies, Mr. Myers has worked closely with in-house legal teams in some of their most sensitive internal matters, including confidential internal investigations and responses to government regulators.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Myers was an associate at another international law firm, where he maintained a broad transactional and investigations practice. He also spent time as a legal secondee at Meta Platforms, working with their Security, Integrity & Investigations team.

Mr. Myers maintains an active pro bono practice working with creators, founders and veterans in a variety of matters, including litigation disputes and corporate transactional matters.
