
Jason Choy
Counsel
Jason Choy has been litigating high-stakes patent infringement disputes for more than a decade. During that time, he has contributed to two trial wins for defendants in the Eastern District of Texas (Marshall and Sherman) and nine and 10-digit jury verdicts for plaintiffs in the Southern District of California. He has also managed cases through discovery, motion practice and appeal. Mr. Choy has represented companies in patent disputes involving a diverse range of technologies, including semiconductors, computer security software, financial services, medical devices, networking hardware and telecommunications equipment.
Mr. Choy's pro bono practice includes appeals to the Ninth Circuit and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
