Janelle Johnson focuses her practice on securities litigation and enforcement matters.
While attending law school, Ms. Johnson worked as a summer associate at the firm and as a law clerk at another New York law firm, where she assisted with FINRA securities arbitrations. She was previously a senior paralegal and certified anti–money laundering specialist at the Bank of New York Mellon, and spent several years working as a paralegal at major New York law firms. Ms. Johnson was a founding member and served on the executive board of the New York City Paralegal Association. She was also a New York City Bar Diversity Fellow in 2014.
