James Higgins

James Higgins is an experienced corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, retail, and media and entertainment, in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and restructuring matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Higgins was an associate at another law firm in New York, where he handled general corporate and transactional matters. He was previously a legal advisor with the cross-community, nonprofit organization, Housing Rights, in Northern Ireland, a paralegal at an international law firm, and a Parliamentary intern for Dr. Alasdair McDonnell MP in his UK House of Commons office in London.
