Ian Acker focuses his practice on securities litigation and enforcement matters, representing regulated entities in investigations conducted by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities regulators.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Acker worked at another international law firm where he specialized in white collar defense, government investigations and securities enforcement. While in law school, he participated in the SEC’s Legal Honors Program, interning with the Division of Corporation Finance, and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Pathways Legal Internship Program, interning with the Division of Enforcement.
