
Henry M. Nikogosyan

Henry Nikogosyan is a trial lawyer representing many of the world’s largest companies in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial disputes. Clients have relied on Mr. Nikogosyan to litigate patent cases relating to a diverse range of technical fields including wireless communications, biotechnology, multimedia and financial technology. Mr. Nikogosyan also represents companies in non-patent intellectual property disputes and complex commercial matters.
For his pro bono practice, Mr. Nikogosyan primarily focuses on complex criminal litigation in federal court. He also assists pro bono clients in a several areas including employment law, profession-based proceedings and matters before administrative tribunals.
Mr. Nikogosyan also served as a law clerk for the Hon. James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
