Hayley Hopkins focuses her practice on securities enforcement and litigation matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2022 as a summer associate.

Ms. Hopkins has worked as a summer legal clerk with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and a legal intern with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. She also participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Student Honors Program in the Division of Enforcement. Before attending law school, Ms. Hopkins performed complex financial and economic analysis for securities, antitrust and consumer product fraud and liability litigation at Cornerstone Research, a financial consultancy.
