Gwendolyn Ljung focuses her practice on complex transactional matters. She began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023 and returned to the firm as an associate in 2024 after completing law school.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Ljung was a legal intern with the International Legal Foundation, where she contributed to the organization’s research efforts through reviews of foreign law materials and crafting legal memoranda. While in law school, she also worked as a research assistant, compiling and analyzing case law and research regarding federal standards for the admission of expert testimony.
