Gilbert T. Smolenski advises clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, including litigation, post-grant proceedings, and patent prosecution. Mr. Smolenski is well versed in a variety of technologies, ranging from medical devices to network security and telecommunications.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Smolenski was an associate at another law firm in Washington DC where he handled a variety of intellectual property matters, including district court litigation, Federal Circuit appeals, post-grant proceedings, and portfolio management, among others. Previously, Mr. Smolenski was a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark Davis of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
