Evan Goldsholle advises broker-dealers, securities exchanges and other financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory and enforcement matters. He joined WilmerHale in 2023 as a summer associate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldsholle served as a judicial intern in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also previously has worked as a corporate finance intern for FINRA and as a research and policy analysis intern for a government affairs firm.
