Eugene Kang is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He primarily represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and other strategic investors in a broad range of corporate matters, including early and late-stage venture capital financings, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the technology industry. Mr. Kang has represented a diverse array of companies, both domestic and international, engaging in complex transactions.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kang was an associate at another international law firm, where he represented public and private companies as well as investors in a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, including restructurings, equity and convertible debt financings, PIPEs, follow-on and secondary offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kang is a member of the California Bar and the American Bar Association.
