Ethan McKenzie focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. McKenzie served as a legal intern in the Narcotics and Money Laundering Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he drafted legal memoranda supporting criminal investigations. He also worked in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, preparing motions to dismiss and merits memoranda for habeas proceedings.

Mr. McKenzie previously held legal internships with the Pennsylvania State Senate and the US Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, where he conducted legal research and drafted memoranda for civil enforcement litigation.
