Emily O’Hara focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and enforcement matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022 and returned as an associate in 2024.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. O’Hara served as a law clerk for the Honorable Landya B. McCafferty of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. During law school, Ms. O’Hara served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey A. Meyer of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. She was also a teaching assistant for a first-year course on law practice in the criminal justice system.
