  • Emily Farmer is on a pro bono Payton Fellowship and not currently practicing at WilmerHale.

Emily Farmer focuses her practice on investigations and complex litigation matters. She has advised clients in a wide variety of government investigations, including investigations by the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Farmer has also represented clients at various stages of litigation, including discovery and dispositive motions practice.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Farmer clerked for the Honorable Paul W. Grimm and the Honorable Roger W. Titus of the US District Court for the District of Maryland. 

Ms. Farmer previously worked at the firm as a summer associate. While attending The George Washington University Law School, she interned for the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
