Eliot Kim represents clients facing complex litigation matters, with a focus on government-facing litigation. He began his career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2018 and was a litigation associate from 2019 to 2022. From April 2022 to March 2023, Mr. Kim was a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. 

In law school, Mr. Kim was a legal intern for the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund in New York and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Before law school, Mr. Kim studied and worked in China, and worked as a research intern for the Congressional-Executive Commission on China in Washington DC. Mr. Kim maintains an active pro bono practice, especially in voting rights and immigration cases.
