Elijah Soko is a corporate lawyer who represents private companies on transactional law matters, including formation, governance, capital raising and advising emerging companies. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Soko was a legal intern with Greater Boston Legal Services where he was an advocate for low-income taxpayers in legal disputes with the IRS and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Mr. Soko was previously a corporate governance intern at Fidelity International (London, UK). In that role he reviewed, analyzed and formulated voting decisions regarding portfolio company proxy statements. Mr. Soko was also a legal intern at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (NYSE: BFAM) where he assisted the legal department in facets of contract drafting, negotiation and execution.
