Eli Kozminsky advises clients on a broad range of financial regulatory matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kozminsky served as Senior Advisor to the Acting Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Counsel of the OCC, advising leadership on a wide range of complex, high-profile banking matters. Previously, he served as a counsel at the OCC, providing subject matter expertise on regulatory issues involving banks, broker-dealers, investment companies, investment advisers, crypto assets, syndicated loans and collective investment funds. Before that, he worked on trading and market regulation at the SEC, overseeing exchanges and other trading platforms. Mr. Kozminsky began his legal career in the financial institutions advisory group of a major international law firm in New York, where he advised clients spanning large foreign banks, state trust companies, broker-dealers, and crypto and fintech ventures.
