Elena Satten-Lopez provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight. She began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2018.

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Satten-Lopez was a law clerk for the US Senate Judiciary Committee and the Appellate Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. She also worked as an intern for the Democracy and Rule of Law Clinic with The Protect Democracy Project, where she focused on securing free and fair elections.

Prior to law school, Ms. Satten-Lopez served as the Office of the Attorney General’s deputy White House liaison and a special assistant. She also worked in the White House Office of Public Engagement, for the National Immigration Law Center, and as an AmeriCorps VISTA fellow at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project.
