Edwin Diaz is a corporate lawyer who represents a wide range of private companies in transactional and corporate matters. He regularly counsels emerging growth companies throughout their corporate life cycle including company formation and entity selection, general corporate counseling, venture capital financings of equity and debt securities, and merger transactions. Mr. Diaz also represents a number of venture capital and growth equity firms.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Diaz worked as a corporate associate and summer associate at another New York firm where he worked with emerging growth companies and venture capital firms on a range of financing transactions. He also interned at the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Massachusetts Securities Division.
