Edward Mount focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation and has represented clients in proceedings from trial through to the UK Supreme Court. Mr. Mount joined the firm in 2022 as an intellectual property paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor and becoming an associate in 2025.

His recent experience includes acting in FRAND/SEP litigation concerning cellular and Wi-Fi standards, with parallel proceedings in the United States, Germany and the UPC.  Mr. Mount also has broader experience across a range of industries and technologies, including wellbore drilling technology in the oil industry, automated warehouse robotics technology in the logistics sector, the multi-jurisdictional coordination of litigation concerning small molecule and formulation patents in the life sciences sector, and the protection of confidential information of third parties in FRAND/SEP litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mount was an intellectual property paralegal with an information technology services and logistics firm.
