Edward Hasen focuses his practice on securities litigation and enforcement matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was a WilmerHale Summer Associate and an extern for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He previously interned at Casalonga in Paris, writing trademark briefs to European Union courts.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hasen was a History Teacher with Teach for America.
