Delicia Clarke focuses her practice on intellectual property matters with particular experience in multi-jurisdiction patent litigation.

Dr. Clarke has worked on high-profile patent infringement and invalidation litigation matters, and has experience in the EPO patent prosecution process, patent portfolio management, and developing licensing strategies. Dr. Clarke has also advised on the regulatory aspects of product liability and compliance matters across all sectors. She has multisector experience, with an emphasis on life sciences, technology and communications, and food and beverage.

Dr. Clarke holds a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and before beginning her legal career worked as a post-doctoral developmental neuroscientist at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge.
