David Waites provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight.

While in law school, Mr. Waites interned for the Honorable Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court and in the Organized Crime and Narcotics Division at the US Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia.

Mr. Waites currently serves as a Major in the US Air Force Reserve assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency. Before his legal career, Mr. Waites served in the US Air Force as an executive officer and analyst with the Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency, taught economics as a senior instructor at the US Air Force Academy and was an economist with the White House Council of Economic Advisers.

Mr. Waites is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
