David Mlaver focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at another international law firm focusing on patent litigations, such as license disputes, infringement and arbitration, strategic counseling, and post-grant proceedings, particularly related to pharmaceuticals. Mr. Mlaver has actively maintained a pro bono practice for landlord-tenant, family law and veterans’ benefits. 

Mr. Mlaver previously clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Schroeder III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and prior to attending law school, he worked in scientific research at the university level.
