David Levine represents clients in complex litigation matters, with particular focus on government-facing litigation. He was a part of a case team that achieved favorable settlements for a Fortune 500 corporation, including in a civil government-enforcement action.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levine was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Carolyn Dineen King of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was a Senior and Summer Law Clerk for another international firm in San Francisco. During his time at Stanford Law School, Mr. Levine served in the Stanford Criminal Defense Clinic.
