Daniel LaMagna focuses his practice on securities investigations and enforcement matters. He has represented corporate and individual clients in a range of government investigations, including those conducted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. LaMagna practiced law in New York City at a white-collar defense boutique and at another international law firm. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. LaMagna clerked on the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
