Connor McRory is a corporate associate who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional law matters, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, capital markets, and general corporate governance. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McRory served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr. of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He also was a paralegal with a Manhattan real estate litigation firm, as well as an intern at Van Eck Associates Corporation in its Legal Department, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in the General Counsel’s office, New York Legal Assistance Group in the Legal Health Unit, and the New York City Law Department in the Tort Division.
