Collin Phillips focuses his practice on securities-related investigations and enforcement actions. He has experience representing corporate and individual clients in a range of government investigations, including SEC investigations, criminal antitrust investigations, and other investigations into alleged civil and criminal fraud. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Phillips worked as an associate at another international law firm in Washington DC. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Phillips was a law clerk for the US Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and taught English in South Africa as part of the US Department of State Fulbright Program.
