Colleen McCullough represents a wide range of clients in complex litigation, and has worked on patent, trademark and breach of contract matters in federal and state court. Her experience includes taking the testimony of two witnesses in a jury trial, helping a recreational vehicle company defeat a car manufacturer's $130 million trademark infringement challenge. It also includes drafting briefs at all stages of litigation, including motions to dismiss, discovery disputes, summary judgment motions and motions in limine. She has also assisted in drafting appellate briefs before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.  

In addition, Ms. McCullough has represented pro bono clients in federal court challenging Immigration and Customs Enforcement actions. She helped secure the release of an unlawfully detained mother from Brazil and prevent the deportation of several other clients. She is also a venture fund volunteer for the United Way, assisting the organization allocate grants to organizations that drive population-level change.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. McCullough served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas N. O'Neill of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, Ms. McCullough served as primary draftsperson for the University of Pennsylvania's Criminal Law Research Group, where she assisted the international effort to redraft Somalia's criminal code.

While attending law school, Ms. McCullough worked in the Penn Law Supreme Court Clinic, served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Robert N. McDonald of the Maryland Court of Appeals, and worked as an advocate and board member with the Penn Law Custody and Support Assistance Clinic.
