Cole Steinberg is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. 

Mr. Steinberg was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2023. During law school, Mr. Steinberg was a legal extern at the Department of Energy, Loan Programs Office, where he engaged in government financing of energy infrastructure. Mr. Steinberg also was a legal intern at Raley’s, a privately held grocery company, through which he gained exposure to the role of in-house counsel. Additionally, Mr. Steinberg served on the Berkeley Energy Resources Collaborative, the Berkeley Business Law Journal and received a Specialization in Energy and Clean Technology Law.
