Cem Kalelioglu

Cem Kalelioglu is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and is a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. 

Mr. Kalelioglu has particular experience with disputes involving states and state-owned entities and has acted in investment treaty and commercial arbitrations under a variety of arbitral rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, SCAI, and CAS rules. Mr. Kalelioglu has also worked on pro bono matters, involving challenges before the European Court of Human Rights.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kalelioglu was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for International and European Regulatory Procedural Law in Luxembourg.
