Cassie Shapiro is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Shapiro was a legal intern on the international team to a Japanese law firm. During law school, Ms. Shapiro assisted the International Human Rights Clinic and worked as an extern for The Global Healthcare Innovation Alliance Accelerator. Before pursuing her legal education, she worked as an associate with the general counsel at Human Rights Watch in New York. Ms. Shapiro also has experience working as a paralegal at a law firm in the Securities & Private Practice group.
